According to the General Administration of Customs, China imported 1.58 million tons of copper concentrate in September, 12.9% less than in the previous month. This is the second month of the decline in the import of concentrate into the country, after the indicator reached a record maximum in July (2.07 million tons).
In the first 9 months of the year, China imported 16 million tons of copper concentrate, 6.8% more than in the same period last year.
Imports to the Celestial Empire of untreated copper and copper products increased in September by 10.1% compared to August, to 445 thousand tons. The
