India Expands Duties on Stainless Cold Rolled Flat Products from 7 Countries

India has decided to expand existing anti-dumping duties on stainless steel cold rolled flat products, according to an official report from the Central Council for Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) of India.

These are goods classified under the tariff heading 7219, with a width of 600 mm to 1250 mm and over 1250 mm, originating from China, South Korea, the EU, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand and the USA.

The date of entry into force of duties is January 31, 2021.
