After a preliminary decision was made in July this year, South Korea's Ministry of Economy and Finance imposed anti-dumping duties on stainless flat steel from China, Taiwan and Indonesia, Yieh.com reports.
According to the definition, the final duty for China was adjusted to 23.69% - 25.82%, for Taiwan - 7.17% - 9.47%, and for Indonesia - 25.82%.
Separately, five companies, including China's Taigang and its subsidiaries, Angang Lianzhong, Indonesia Tsingshan, Taiwan's Yieh United Steel Corporation (YUSCO) and Walsin Lihwa, were excluded from the duty as they promised to raise their prices.
However, if five companies fail to honor their commitment to raise prices, anti-dumping duties will be imposed on them.
