As reported by Yieh.com, in line with the final outcome of the fast-track review of anti-dumping requirements, the US Department of Commerce found that the removal of anti-dumping duties on corrosion-resistant steel products from India, Italy, China, South Korea and Taiwan would likely lead to continued or repetition of dumping at levels from 4.43% to 209.97%.
The weighted average dumping margin for India was set at 4.43% and for Italy at 92.12%. China, South Korea and Taiwan were assigned duties of 209.97%, 8.75% and 10.34%.
Fees were originally set on July 25, 2016, and the first investigation took place on June 1, 2021.
