UK extends anti-dumping measures on imports of cold-rolled steel from China and Russia

the UK government said on Tuesday 30 August that it had approved an extension of measures to prevent dumping imports of cold-rolled flat products from China and Russia until 2026.

The decision came after a review by the Remedies Authority (TRA) which said that cold-rolled flat products from China and Russia would likely be below market prices in the UK if the measure were lifted, affecting domestic producers who produce 40-50% for the local market.
