On October 5, 2022 the U.S. International Trade Commission determined that the removal of current anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of stainless steel sheet and strip from China would likely result in continued or recurring material injury to U.S. companies manufacturing the same products.
Based on the Commission's favorable decision, the current duties on the relevant products from China will remain in effect.
