The Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) recently began a re investigation to confirm the normal value and export price of some corrosion-resistant steel plates imported from China, Taiwan, India and South Korea.
CBSA said that if the exporter cannot provide enough information to evaluate the specific typical value, or the information submitted before December 7, 2022 will not pass the verification. They decided to impose 53.3% and 33.2% anti-dumping duties on China and Taiwan respectively. India and South Korea will be subject to a 40% tariff.
