The Australian Anti Dumping Commission has extended the second inspection deadline for hot-rolled structural steel profiles from Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan.
The committee will announce substantive facts and investigation results before July 2nd, and submit a final report before September 3rd, extending the previous deadline.
According to the investigation initiated by OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Limited on November 22, 2023, it covers the period from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023.
The existing tariffs implemented from November 20, 2014 were extended once after the first revision on November 20, 2019. HS codes for related products: 7216.31.030, 7216.32.031, 7216.33.032, 7216.40. 0033, 7228.70.0011, and 7228.70.0012.
